How we work
Three stages, and you always know which one you are in.
A proper conversation
A conversation first — phone, email, or over a coffee if you are local. What the business does, who you are trying to reach, and what the site actually has to achieve. No charge and no obligation at this stage.
You then get a written proposal with a clear scope, a fixed figure and a realistic timeline. No hourly creep and no vague promises about what is included.
Design first, then build
You see and approve how the site looks before a line of code is written. Changes at that stage are expected, not charged for — it is far easier to move something in a design than to rebuild it afterwards.
Once the design is signed off we build it and put it somewhere private for you to go through. You give feedback, we refine it, and we test it properly across phones, tablets and desktops. Nothing goes live until you are happy.
Live, then yours
We handle hosting, the SSL certificate and the switchover from your old site, including redirects so existing links and bookmarks keep working. Most brochure sites are live within two to four weeks of sign-off.
Afterwards you can edit the words and pictures yourself, or leave it to us. Either way we are still here — for changes, updates and the occasional phone call three years later.

What types of business do you design websites for?
All sizes — sole traders and start-ups through to SMEs and large corporations. Past clients include local tradespeople, professional services firms, estate agents and national brands. Whatever the size, the work is done the same way.
Are your websites mobile-friendly?
Yes, without exception. Every site is fully responsive and tested across desktops, laptops, tablets and phones. With over half of web traffic now coming from mobile, it is not something we treat as optional.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
Yes, where you want to. We build easy-to-manage CMS sites that let you edit text, images and pages without any coding. If you would rather leave every change to us, that works too — we are flexible about how involved you want to be.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on size and complexity. A standard brochure website usually takes two to four weeks from sign-off to launch. Larger or more complex builds take longer. You get a clear, realistic timeline at the start rather than an optimistic one.
Do you only work with businesses in Worcestershire?
Not at all. We are based in Stourport-on-Severn and work with clients right across the UK, from Birmingham and London to a good deal further afield. Most of the process runs perfectly well remotely, and we are always happy to meet in person if you are local.
