Do you charge a monthly fee for the property system?
Not on our bespoke database builds. You own the site and there is no platform fee attached to it. If you are using a third-party feed, any charge for that comes from your software provider rather than us.
Can buyers search by area and price?
Yes. The search is built around the filters your buyers actually use, and it is designed to work properly on a phone, which is where most property browsing happens.
We are not local to Worcestershire. Does that matter?
Not at all. We work with agencies across the UK, and this kind of project runs perfectly well remotely.
